‘Stumpy’ featured ina BBC/PBS documentary and was the first scout that we saw attacked and killed by his own clones warriors. The reason for this attack was that he became covered in scars inflicted by the opposing clone. The scar tissue was recognised as belonging to the opposing clone and ‘fooled’ his own clonemates. The benefit of this to his clones however is that this contact with another clone's tissue causes them to build more warriors and more fighting tentacles.
